Scrubbers, sweepers and AGVs
Battery packs for scrubber-dryers, sweepers and automated guided vehicles.
Floor machines are charged between shifts and worked hard in between, and an AGV treats its pack as a component of the machine rather than an accessory. Both are built to the compartment the machine already has.
Platforms
Two platforms cover the floor equipment range.
Walk-behind scrubbers sit at the small end of the 24 V class; ride-on machines and AGVs move up to 48 V, where the capacity range is widest.
| Class | Nominal voltage | String count | Capacity range |
|---|---|---|---|
| 24 V | 25.6 V | 8S | 150 – 608 Ah |
| 48 V | 51.2 V | 16S | 200 – 1120 Ah |
Ranges are the capacities with drawings on file.
Duty
Charged between shifts, not between jobs.
A floor machine works a cleaning round and then stands on its charger. That pattern is what makes a smaller pack practical: the machine does not need a full day of energy, it needs enough for one round and a charge window that fits the building's schedule.
What to send
The machine model, the cleaning area per shift, the length of the charge window and the voltage of the existing bank. The capacity follows from the round, not from the size of the blocks being replaced.
Where the pack lives
On a scrubber the pack sits under the tank; on an AGV it is inside the chassis and its dimensions and weight are fixed early in the machine's design. Send the envelope and the mounting points, and the drawing comes back to match.
Built to order, in batches
Packs staged for packing on the assembly floor.
Each pack is assembled, busbar-welded and BMS-integrated in the same hall, so a change to the enclosure does not mean a change of supplier.
Questions that come with the enquiry
What buyers ask before the first order.
Short answers, because the long ones depend on the machine.
Can the pack replace a lead-acid bank in an existing machine?
At the same system voltage, yes. The motor and controller stay; the charger is specified with the pack, because a lead-acid charger finishes and equalises and a lithium pack must not see that.
Is a lighter pack a problem on a floor machine?
It changes the weight on the brush deck and the traction. On a ride-on machine that is worth checking against the axle load before the pack is specified, and it is part of what we ask for.
What about an AGV that needs the pack inside the chassis?
Send the envelope, the mounting points and the cable route. The pack is drawn to those numbers, and the drawing is issued before production so the machine design can be frozen around it.
More from the plant
Where this sits on the site.
The same plant, the same cells, three other vehicle classes.
Sightseeing and utility vehicles
60 V and 72 V classes for tourist shuttles and works vehicles.
Next step
Send the machine model and the compartment.
You get a dimensional drawing, a pack specification and a firm quotation — sized on the cleaning round, not on the old bank.
