Shandong Qiwang Battery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 and is today one of the few enterprises in China that independently develops, produces and sells both new-energy lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries on the same site. The plant covers 150 mu in the Linyi Economic and Technological Development Zone.

What we are
One site, two chemistries, one engineering department.
Two chemistries are engineered and built on one site, so an enquiry can be answered on duty cycle first and chemistry second.
The plant is divided deliberately: 110 mu given over to lead-acid production and 40 mu to lithium PACK assembly, with imported production lines, an advanced R&D laboratory staffed by more than 20 engineers, and a large battery testing centre that qualifies every platform before it ships.
Our lithium PACK business serves two distinct customer groups — fleet operators converting material handling equipment from lead-acid to LiFePO4, and energy storage integrators who need a PACK engineering partner behind their own brand.

What the factory can actually do.
Lithium PACK assembly
Dedicated cell storage, module assembly, PACK integration and ageing lines, separate from lead-acid operations to keep contamination and process control clean.
R&D engineers
Structural, thermal and BMS firmware engineering under one department — the same team that answers your enquiry owns the pack through production.
Battery test centre
A large on-site test centre covering capacity verification, C-rate endurance, thermal profiling and abuse testing. Every platform is qualified before it ships.
Annual capacity
Multiple imported production lines supporting five million kVAh of annual output across both chemistries — volume programmes run on scheduled slots.
Lead-acid production
Full traction battery manufacturing for the fleets that are not yet ready to convert, and the reason our lithium recommendation carries weight.
Export experience
Products shipped to more than forty countries and regions across the European Union, South America and Southeast Asia, with export documentation handled in-house.
